Love My Ring - Scratches Easily Though
I purchased the Oura ring a few weeks ago and love the insights that it produces. I wore the sizing kit for a few days and watched plenty of videos on how to select the correct size since I was in between 2 sizes. I chose the smaller size and so thankful that I did because the Oura ring seems to fit a little larger compared to the plastic sizing kit. The ring itself is very comfortable to wear and I hardly notice it on my finger anymore. The battery life is fantastic. You are recommended to charge it a little each day, for example when you shower. My Oura ring hardly needs a charge and is pretty much always full. I am excited to get more insights into my health the more I wear the ring. The ring was very quick and easy to set up via the app too. I marked the ring 4 stars instead of 5 purely because the ring scratches very easily. You are advised to not wear the ring next to other jewellery, which I have not been doing, but it seems that somehow I have badly scratched my ring already. And the worst scratches appeared in the first few days. I don't think anyone else will notice the scratches, but I can see them.

Bought this just under a month ago and I swear by it. Great for tracking sleep and menstrual cycles (don’t have to pay for natural cycles app, oura does it alone perfectly) would definitely recommend buying the ring sizer. Size down if between two sizes!! Battery lasts over a week for me and doesn’t take long to charge. Would recommend buying a protective case as they scratch easily but these are found cheap online.

Really happy with it
Happy with it so far. Using it to track my health after chronic illness. Once I got used to it being on its very comfy and does not bother me one bit. Loads of good features and really enjoying the meditations and breathwork.

The Oura Ring 4 Bluetooth Smart Ring Black - 5 can be worn on any finger of either hand. However, for the best signal quality, we recommend wearing it on your index, middle, or ring finger, as these fingers have larger blood vessels, which help optimize pulse monitoring.
