I must say i ordered it was delivered to the store next day like they said received a text letting me know it was there, I have had it on since and i am very impressed its really useful more informative than my Samsung ultra watch which i love but the Oura ring is definitely more impressive its actually picking up on the fact that i am ill i have a frozen shoulder and a torn Tendant and its saying Major signs of something straining your body so far i Love it

Seems Good but there’s a Catch!
Asked for this as a Christmas present instead of going down the Apple Watch route. This would have been a five star review if it wasn’t for the unmentioned subscription to the app. Yep, it’s only £5.99 a month but when you’ve spent almost £300 on the ring it’s a bit of a downer. Overall the ring seems good and the app seems to contain a great deal of health information. Only time will tell if this is as good as the other reviews claim.

I bought this a month ago for better tracking when I am jot wearing my apple watch, it’s great. Exactly what it says it does it does! The stats you receive back are really insightful and get better over time the more data is accumulates and compares.

Extremely pleased with my purchase!
Saved £100 in the Argos Black Friday Event, which was extremely welcome. The ring is lightweight, and doesn’t feel uncomfortable to wear on your index finger. The corresponding App is £5.99 per month but, it tells you so much about your health, sleep, readiness; far more than my Fitbit did, and far more accurate re steps. I wore both to compare, and my Versa 3 had recorded over 1200 steps more than the Oura.

To find your Oura Ring size, you must use the official Oura Ring 4 Sizing Kit because Oura sizes are unique and differ from standard jewelry sizes; wear the plastic sizer for at least 24 hours, including sleep, to account for finger swelling and find a snug but comfortable fit that doesn't rotate easily, typically on your middle or ring finger, using the included coupon to purchase the actual ring.

The supplier has confirmed yes, you can bath and shower with the Oura Ring 4. The Oura Ring is water-resistant up to 100 meters (approximately 330 feet), allowing you to wear it while showering, swimming, or even snorkelling.

The Oura Ring 4 Bluetooth Smart Ring Black - 5 can be worn on any finger of either hand. However, for the best signal quality, we recommend wearing it on your index, middle, or ring finger, as these fingers have larger blood vessels, which help optimize pulse monitoring.
