Been wearing the Oura 4 ring for about 3-4 weeks. Very impressed with its features. I sleep quite badly so this has given me an insight to sleep and overall health. Holds the charge for up to a week which is fantastic. And charges really quickly too.

I brought this about a month ago now. Best buy I could have done this year. As the data grows this is an essential item in my chronic illness journey in my quest to understand my body more. Does What It Was Advertised To Do!!
Had my doubts of investing my money into something like this. Its a ring I know, but it has so many features to it and it tracks and gives you reassurance about you and your wellbeing. Once you have purchased it and used it you'll wonder how/why did it take you so long to make up your mind and get one for yourself. Its a must have!!

I’m very happy with the Oura Ring 4 – it works great, accurately tracks sleep, activity and heart rate. The app is intuitive and really helps to understand what’s going on with the body. The battery lasts longer than I expected, and the ring itself is comfortable – I quickly forget I even have it on. The only downside is my choice of colour – I wanted to save a bit and went for the silver one, but now I regret it as gold would match my everyday style much better. If I could turn back time, I’d choose a different colour, but the product itself is absolutely worth it – highly recommend
