Only had it a week or so but I really like it. It’s really comfy. Battery lasts for ages. You don’t have to take it off to wash your hands, or go in the shower. The app works really well. It even records things like housework.

I must say i ordered it was delivered to the store next day like they said received a text letting me know it was there, I have had it on since and i am very impressed its really useful more informative than my Samsung ultra watch which i love but the Oura ring is definitely more impressive its actually picking up on the fact that i am ill i have a frozen shoulder and a torn Tendant and its saying Major signs of something straining your body so far i Love it
