Neat little product cc from a great company
Very happy with this neat little product, I brought the Amazon Prime fire stick first but found that I could only set it up to work with the Amazon subscription, which I have discontinued. General observation, I have been using Argos for large items, TV video recorder, computers and printers for some years, as I said above I have now discontinued Amazon and am using Argos wherever they have what I want in stock. Great resource.

My Sony TV is smart again, as I've access lots of apps. Excellent purchase! Installation didn't quite directly via TV. I had to use a monitor to update the software before I was pair with my Sony TV.

Upgrade for old device.
Bought this as a replacement for our old NOW TV box. Like this as it plugs straight into the back of the TV so no wires hanging. It has a voice feature, so you can ask it to find programmes, also able to control the volume and switch the TV off (although that doesn't seem to want to on our Sony TV)! But its not a big deal to us.

The Roku 4K Streaming Stick Plus (model number 771/8209 or 3830EU) requires a USB-C port for power on the device end and a standard USB-A port (or wall adapter) for the power source. It needs a power input of 5V/1A.

The device is WiFi 5 dual band. Even if you have a WiFi 6 or 7 router it will work perfectly fine hope this helps you
it works on Wi-Fi 7 no problem so I dont know why it wont work on Wi-Fi 6
