Stick Didn't Work but Argos Service Excellent
Having an older Roku stick that worked fine but was now out of support I decided to upgrade. Turned into a nightmare. Plugged in and said my wifi was good but then could either not connect or only get <1mbps download speed which made it unusable. Neither Roku customer service nor my ISP (Plusnet) unable to fix the problem. Argos excellent in allowing me to return it to a local store and get a full refund.

Great product.
I had an old Smart TV that could no longer get ITVX or Netflix. The TV works just fine and did not need to be replaced. This Roku stick was just such a cheap solution and can not get all the e channels and more. So easy to set up and use.

Problem Solved
We bought the Roku stick to give us access to streaming channels which were not accessible on our TV. The stick fixed the missing channels issue. It was easy to install using the supplied HDMI lead and on screen instructions.

The Roku 4K Streaming Stick Plus (model number 771/8209 or 3830EU) requires a USB-C port for power on the device end and a standard USB-A port (or wall adapter) for the power source. It needs a power input of 5V/1A.

The device is WiFi 5 dual band. Even if you have a WiFi 6 or 7 router it will work perfectly fine hope this helps you
it works on Wi-Fi 7 no problem so I dont know why it wont work on Wi-Fi 6
