I bought this a few weeks ago after my Samsung blew all it's LEDs after 8 years of solid use, it was only a normal LED but cost more than the Hisense. I've noticed the Hisense is a better picture and it was so easy to set up unlike Samsung. Would definitely recommend

Happy overall
Some niggles first. 1) Coming from Freeview to Freely tv i find it a little less simple to navigate channels. For example ITV1 in hd is channel 233? 2) The home screen has scrolling adverts for programmes, which is tolerable, exept when it advertises kids channels, it actually plays the animation along with sound! I don't want kids channels auto playing to me! 3) The legs for the base are quite widely spaced so didn't fit on my tv stand. Not the TV's fault. My mistake, but worth noting. On a positive note, the picture is really crisp and sharp, and with a slight tweak to the brightness, I'm really impressed. Unless you're looking for cinema quality surround sound, the sound quality is fine. Nothing to blow your ears off, but perfectly adequate. Overall I'm really happy with this TV and think it was really good value.

Great TV
We bought to replace a 9 year old 40" Hisense TV that just died. Very easy to set up, sync all aps. The TV is working great, a huge improvement on the previous. Delivered in an agreed timescale and no damage. Ordering very easy, used a discount Argos voucher and got Nectar points in the bargain.
