I bought this Tv as an upgrade from my Smart LED tv. The picture quality is wonderful, full colour like no other even in bright sunlight. the tv itself was very easy to set up, just follow the instructions as they come up. Great that it works over wifi, no need for an aerial, remote control is easy to use with it's pre-installed software. I wnt for a 43 inch for my bedroom and it looks great. Immersive sound really good. great value for such a large tv.

The Hisense 43E78QTUK supports Alexa and Google Assistant, but Alexa is not fully built in like an Amazon Fire TV. Normally, voice control is activated by pressing the microphone button on the remote.
As you are unable to press remote buttons, you would need to connect the TV to an Amazon Echo/Alexa device or Google Nest speaker on the same Wi-Fi network. This allows hands-free voice commands such as:
“Alexa, turn on the TV”
“Alexa, open Netflix”
“Alexa, volume up”
You do not need a Fire Stick, but using a Fire TV Stick with an Echo device usually provides the best and easiest hands-free experience.
Please note that the initial setup may still require some use of the remote control.
