Warranty
I am not sure if this television qualified for the extended 5 year warranty. It's a bit confusing, regarding the promotion details.

If you understand technology then buy
I have had this TV for about a month and boy have I struggled with it. I always have LG. TVs so when our other one was outdated thought treat ourselves to the best. Boy was I wrong. It took my husband six hours to get it to download and upload and you name it before we could sit and look at the picture,so if you are not very good with techno then get a TV engineer to set it up. I am a pensioner so if you plug it in and switch it on great, but this was out of my league ,anyway I can now switch it on and get the channel I want and the picture is great sound brill but please LG not so much techno N

The supplier has confirmed the following for the The LG 50QNED70A6A Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV does not have Freeview. It is equipped with various streaming services and supports multiple HDR formats, but does not include Freeview as a channel option.
