Pleased overall
Overall, I think the TV is excellent. I only use it for streaming on Apps and this is easily set up and you can rearrange them in order to suit. Picture quality and sound is great and more than meets my needs. Two minor dislikes - the remote starts off as a pointer and you need to press a button to get rid of it. Not sure if the pointer can be turned off which I would prefer. 2nd - the AI screensaver and music (! why?) kicks in when left on Home screen. If I turn it off then ads kick in instead. For the money I can put up with these minor inconveniences.

Good first impressions
I bought this TV last week and so far so good. One needs to consider the price vs the quality and presently that ratio appears acceptable. Should the long time reliability to be as good as expected, then it will prove to be a good purchase. The TV has all the basic adjustments (brightness, contrast, picture sharpness, vibrancy, sound, etc) but is missing the more advanced features that could perhaps enhance the picture quality. It comes with a basic version of the magic remote control and the TV is responsive enough to the commands.

Great TV
This tv replaced an old Sony and it is excellent value for money. Very pleased with it. Good picture and sound. Loads of features. The only downside is the rather flimsy stand which only just fits on the 43” stand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to setup but disappointed that channel 100 for Freeview Play doesn't launch plus the U channel app is missing from the home page and cannot be downloaded. Searched the web product information says this TV has Freeview Play, ive checked the location the WiFi connections but nothing, LG online help couldn't help either.

Sound issue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has intermittent fault where when tv switch on sometimes no sound. You have to disconnect power for 60 seconds then power on again to get sound. Contacted LG and was told as the fault was intermittent report when you have no sound all the time and we will investigate. This is my second LG TV can't see me buying a third
