This was not a blanket in that it was much smaller - it was much narrower than my bed and even leaving room under my pillow was also much shorter than others I have bought.

I am answering my own question! Argos has confirmed that it is 72 cm. Thats great as it will properly fit a 2ft 6in twin bed.
It seems that there is a different model where the packaging is the same or very similar but is 65 cm so would be narrower than the bed. Some have a sticker on the front with the size, but not all. They are all described as single. Suggest wherever you are buying, double check that its the size you need.
