Have had this blanket a couple of weeks now. It’s so good. The teddy fleece means it is very comfortable. It heats up really fast and is lovely. I would have preferred it to have been a little longer.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Silentnight Teddy Fleece Electric Blanket - Single: ''All Silentnight products are safe to use with an electric blanket however other brands would need to be checked with the manufacturer directly.
We can only advise for Silentnight memory foam. Please be aware memory foam softens with heat, ensure it cools down to regain shape.''

Yes you put a fitted sheet on top of the electric blanket, make bed as usual with quilt on top, I switch on and warm bed at setting 3, then when I get in turn setting down to 1
