Well coming from, other brands of smart phones, that's why 2stars, I've emailed the manufacturer about mee problems, they fixed 1, but still waiting for them to look into the other problem??? That's why I got the phone, because it has 2speakers.

A good new mobile handset
I lost my mobile phone just before going on holiday for 5 weeks. It was to be my main mode of communication, social media, photos - had my international airline tickets, my Australian airline & train tickets on it. I bought a TCL phone from Argos, got it charged up & all necessary apps and emails downloaded It has worked brilliantly - well done

Great features for the price but weak processor
This phone has great features for the price but it's weak processor makes it very slow to operate at times e.g. when trying to unlock the screen. The lack of a fingerprint reader is frustrating, as is the very average camera capability. It seems in photo mode if you select vivid to get a better picture, that mode reverts to standard next time you use the camera. Battery life is very good and it's good that a case protector is provided as standard.
