RUBBISH!?
I am currently in dispute with SWAN (Tower) as to the workings of this machine, which does not comply with the pamphlet provided e.g. cut-out after only 250ml delivered; one operative advised that only 250ml was delivered at one time, whereas, another advised that the machine is faulty and should be returned............at 91 years of age, I could well do without this!

Hot Water Dispenser
I bought this in January for my 93 year old MIL but she couldn't get on with it. Her main problem was that she couldn't see how full the water dispenser was & she wanted it for small china cups & it dispensed too much so had to use a small jug. Other than that its fine.

Irregular measures sometimes just a dribble , stop button very slow to stop water cascading everywhere, poor design.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Swan SWD1004 Instant Hot Water Dispenser - Black: Its 27cm as it’s the width of the dispenser, once the flap is opened it reduces to 25cm inside.
