A very satisfactory solution!
Wanted a solution for someone with Parkinson’s who was struggling to fill a kettle and replace it on the base. This was recommended by a physiotherapist. They are able to top up the water tank using a lightweight plastic jug and can easily put a mug in and remove it. A very satisfying and safe solution!

Speedy hot drink at a touch
This one cup water heater is a very simple design and easy to use, I have a one cup because my husband is blind and the Swan is safe for him, the capacity is ample to for several speedy cups of tea or coffee to be safely delivered.

Basic ok model
A basic model. It dispenses around 200ml at a time, not the 250ml expected. The button marked X does not stop the flow. Ours also has a slight leak at the back so need to keep on a tray. It works but I wouldn’t buy this model again.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Swan SWD1004 Instant Hot Water Dispenser - Black: Its 27cm as it’s the width of the dispenser, once the flap is opened it reduces to 25cm inside.
