Not A Good Product
Took it back after a week. The stop button didn't work then only got a quarter of a small cup of water. Even when I took it back to store it had been emptied but when I got it out of my bag everything was soaked the box and bag. Avoid this product

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Swan SWD1004 Instant Hot Water Dispenser - Black: Its 27cm as it’s the width of the dispenser, once the flap is opened it reduces to 25cm inside.
