Broke after a few days
Broke after a couple of week and stopped dispensing. Turns out a tube inside had come loose, but after only a few days? Not acceptable. Cannot recommend.

Hot water dispenser
I bought this a month ago like the fact that it is a one cup kettle, although the stop button doesn’t seem to work and it’s not as hot as boiling a kettle . If it wasn’t for the fact of those two things it would get 5 stars . If I bought one again I would probably buy a dearer one ..

Doesn't fill a normal size cup in one hit
I brought this 3 wks ago im disappointed it doesn't fill a normal size mug of water you have to press a 2nd time to fill it then quickly change cubs over to catch the water becsuse the so called stop button doesn't stop the water from comming out once the cycle starts very bad design but im lumbered with it now thank god it only cost £35.00 im very suprised about its fault as swan is a well known make but ive noticed few reviews say about the of switch & and amount of water it gives you.it isn't worth the £35 in my opinion as it takes longer to make a descent size cup of tea or coffee

Cheap and nasty
Product is awful. Used a couple of times and it broke. Doesn't even pour a 25ml shot, let alone a cup. Glad I took out insurance because it's going straight back.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Swan SWD1004 Instant Hot Water Dispenser - Black: Its 27cm as it’s the width of the dispenser, once the flap is opened it reduces to 25cm inside.
