Very compatible asset
Only had it for a week and just getting used to it. Best not to use for a small cup as it can overflow but I’ve overcome this by switching off stop button a bit sooner. When doing more than one cup I didn’t expect it to boil again between each cup but as it’s so quick I don’t mind. I find it much safer to use than a standard kettle.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Swan SWD1004 Instant Hot Water Dispenser - Black: Its 27cm as it’s the width of the dispenser, once the flap is opened it reduces to 25cm inside.
