So easy to use. Space saving and energy saving.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my elderly mum. Initially I was looking for a teasmade. However, this product is brilliant for any one struggling to lift a kettle. So easy and quick, simple controls and space and energy saving. Only heats one cupful of hot water at a time ( although the tank holds more) , seconds to boil, dispensing hot water into the cup. We are thrilled with this product.

Happy with purchase
We bought this a few weeks ago as our old Breville hot water dispenser had stopped working. It’s a great design and works well. It boils water in seconds and despite a few reviews saying the first cup of water does not seem very hot, we have not found that. It is also very quiet. You do have to watch it when you’ve double pressed the button that the mug does not overfill as that’s a continuous flow, but other than that we have no complaints. The built-in water filter is an added bonus and we think it seems to have enhanced the taste of tea. We followed the instructions by soaking and rinsing the filter before installation, and didn’t experience any nasty taste that some reviewers have mentioned. Very happy with purchase.

It’s good with instant hot water as I can’t lift kettle helps me Just the 1st lot of hot water is like for a small cup need to press 2nd time for a mug or press twice for more but dosent stop unless you stop it but nice design.

Hot water dispenser
I purchased the hot water dispenser a couple of weeks ago, I followed the instructions, but ended up taking the filter out as it left a awful taste, which was even worse when left overnight. But it is a great alternative to a kettle as you don't have to lift it to pour it. Which in my case was extremely painful to lift and pour.
