Best thing I've ever purchased! 10 seconds to a hot drink! Large water tank with a reserve that includes a water filter. 5 🌟. Have recommended to friends who have also purchased. Size is perfect, doesn't take up much space too

Easy to use
I bought this a couple of weeks ago to replace my previous hot water dispenser. This one is so much easier to work. Just press a button for on and you have an instant cuppa. If you're using a larger mug then press the button twice and then once when you want it to stop. So pleased I chose this one, I love it!

Good quality product
Bought the Swan SWD1001 in black mid-November and I’m really pleased with it. Heats water instantly, very easy to use, and looks smart on the counter. It’s already saved time and energy compared to boiling a kettle. Great product — would definitely recommend.

Hot water dispenser
Fabulous size. Looks good. Unfortunately it does not get the water piping hot so drinks are not warm enough. Returned to store sadly.

Much much better than our old Tefal version
Had a Tefal one of these years and years ago and whilst it was great to start with, it soon became a pain. However, this one is great! Things have obviously got much better over the years and the water is SO much hotter than our old Tefal one. The auto-dispense can fill a coffee cup, but not a mug; although adding extra water is so simple. We use filtered water in it, along with the internal filter (so it's kind of double filtered) and the tea it makes is just lovely and leaves no residue on the while cups we use. All in all I am very happy.

Nice & compact
I really like this kettle but the temperature of the first cup poured is only 75 degrees C which is not hot enough for a cup of tea. Subsequent cups are 95 degrees C.

I can advise that this dispenser has a removable drip tray with stainless steel cover for easy cleaning and a replaceable filter helps prevent limescale build up. This is the cleaning required.
