The MX125 delivers top-notch performance with authentic MX-frame geometry, motocross-style tires and twist-grip throttle for a true-to-life dirt bike ride. Rear-wheel drive delivers better weight and balance control for greater safety and stability, while the high-torque, chain-driven electric motor powers riders up to 8 mph (13 km/h) in default High Speed Mode. Additionally, a high/low speed control switch allows parents to limit their child's MX125 to a top speed of 5 mph (8 km/h) for younger riders and beginners.

Features a crossbar-reinforced handlebar, 12 spoked wheels with pneumatic tires, retractable kickstand, and hand-operated rear brake.
Carries riders at speeds of up to 8 mph (13 km/h) in the default high speed setting. A high/low speed control switch allows the selection of the right maximum speed.
The 10.8V lithium rechargeable battery boasts up to 80 minutes of continuous use on a single charge in the Low Speed Mode.

I can confirm that the Razor MX125L Decal Electric Dirt Bike and the MX125 do have slightly different specification. The MX125L has a low and high speed mode which the MX125 doesn't have. The battery voltage also differs and the continuous running speed is longer on the MX125L.
