TCL perfect
Purchased the TCL 55 inch television 2weeks ago and I’m so pleased with everything. Argos delivered on time and the driver carried it indoors,perfect. I’m 80 years old and I found it easy to unbox, attatch the stand and a piece of cake to set up. The picture and sound are so much better than the 43 inch Sony Bravia television I had previouslyand it’s got a two year guarantee .

Don't buy this TV
I purchased 3 weeks ago and have had to reset to factory settings 4 times, if you use the TV with an aerial it conflicts with freely and it dumps the channels, if used via Internet it works better but you don't get all the channels which you do using an aerial. Very disappointing, checked to see if I can return it but all answers are the TV isn't faulty but needs software updates, still waiting for the next update.

Yes, this TV does have an aerial input socket.
Thanks to its Freely TV feature, you can watch live TV over the internet without needing an aerial, as long as you have a reliable broadband connection.
An aerial is only required if you choose to watch Freeview channels via traditional broadcast, rather than using Freely over the internet.

The same TV on Currys website says 120hz whereas Argos only says 60hz, very misleading but TCLs website says it reaches 120hz so I believe so yes.
