Good but not great
Great picture average sound but a very slow interface no direct EPG access very slow scrolling through all sections remote control cluttered and confusing as at least 4 buttons do vertualy the same thing. Freeley access is good but slow and again the EPG access is bad

Excellent picture quality for the money
Surprisingly good picture quality for a budget tv. Solidly built and easy to set up.

Great Picture Quality
Really good picture quality for the price bracket. Sound quality acceptable. This TV, when using the FireTv UI, does not produce a 4k HDR/Dolby Vision picture when using certain apps unless you plug in an external device to a hdmi port, this defeats the purpose of purchasing a FireTv. You cannot adjust the display settings when using the smart features, it is greyed out. Will be frustrating for users with UHD subscriptions to services such as (NOW & Paramount +). Prime will produce a 4k HDR picture when using the Fire UI. Niggles aside, this tv produces a great HD picture.

Nothing to not like
Honestly, for £250 it's mint. Does what it needs to, sound and picture is great and the fire TV, which is arguably the best OS, works as you'd expect.

Good TV but a couple of niggles
When I bought the TV I tried to set it to Freeview so it turn onto the Ariel signal , but it starts up by loading the freely app which takes time. Not been able to force it to start with Freeview so that it starts quickly .

Good budget 4K TV
Thought I'd treat myself to a new TV and discovered this amazon fire tv with freely. Been using it for a few weeks now and have been pleasantly surprised with the sound quality and picture. Being an amazon TV it also has the apps I use for streaming and was a doddle to set up after logging into my amazon account. The only gripe I have up to now is freely is slow to load and a bit laggy on the TV guide, whether this is down to the freely app or the TV I don't know. I think it is more than likely down to the freely app as I don't have any issues with Netflix, Disney, Now TV etc. Anyway I've rated it 4 stars pretty much down to Freely as this was one of the main selling points for me, if Freely was better i.e. no lag I'd have given it 5.

Very good visuals. Can get very bright
Great brightness and colour. TCL makes the best looking LCD backlit displays and Samsung. I returned it because it doesn't support exFAT USB file system format. Other than that, it's perfect for the price. Sissy, I wish TCL would make their own software. I hate Fire TV and Google TV. Sound is not as good as Sony TVs or Samsung ones.
