Great vibrant picture
Lovely bright & colourful screen. Remote is good quality & both are fast. Sound is a bit low & only clear in some situations, you can choose the sound preferences in the settings though. Very happy with my purchase. Let's hope it lasts longer than the Hi Sense I got last time.

A fantastic TV that works without an aerial
I have always wanted a television for the bedroom that works without an aerial, so one day I Googled it, thinking that it must exist by now. Not only does it exist, but they have a wide selection of them in Argos. I chose the 43 inch TCL because the interface on it is that of an Amazon Fire Stick with which I am already familiar, and the size is large enough to see clearly while I am in bed. It's fantastic. The picture is the clearest that I have ever seen on a television with great brightness and contrast and high resolution, and the connection is seamless. The sound is good, too, although I only have it on quietly in my bedroom. The Freely guide is like the Freeview guide and you can just browse through it to select the channel you want to watch. In addition, you can access the channels on demand using the Amazon Fire interface. When you plug it in and connect it to the internet for the first time, the Freely channels do not load, you have to leave it on and wait for the software to update and find the channels. I went and did something else for an hour and when I came back, the channels were there. Ever since then, when I switch it on from the mains, it connects instantly and the channels are available in seconds. It doesn't have all the same live channels that you get on Freeview, but it has all the major ones, and the ones that I like to watch, such as Quest, Talking Pictures, True Crime and Legend. It also has the news channels such as GB News and TCN. To me, this is an excellent product. It has a 2 year warranty as well. The price is very reasonable for such a good TV. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great TV but the software lags
This is a great budget TV for picture quality and sound within this price range. However, the software is very slow out of the box and lags. Since I have started using the TV a few weeks ago the software crashed and the TV had to be switch off and on again. Despite excellent specifications, if you cannot use it then what is the point - I would not recommend it!
