Good TV with some reservations
Good picture and sound, relatively easy to set up and install, Google operating system takes some getting used to. Biggest criticism is the manual and online help which is not good or particularly comprehensive particularly in relation to the UK spec. remote control. Also casting doesn't work from all apps from iPad or phone.

Great Product
Bought a couple of weeks ago. The TV lives up to what I have come to expect from Sony. Picture quality and sound are excellent. As it is a smart TV I have not got acquainted with all its features so cannot comment on those. The TV is a replacement for a previous Sony TV which was accidently broken. I would not purchase anything other than a Sony product as they are excellent quality and value for money.

Decent tv
A decent enough tv but ability to alter sound settings appears to have been very limited now. Fortunately I have a sound bar to help overcome this. Picture quality is excellent but no longer than rival brands

Nice picture but the software behind it needs massive improvement! The navigation is clumsy and not intuitive. Ordinary digital TV reception is poor to say the least ( I'm able to compare with LG and Panasonic models in the same household!). Satellite reception is ok but leads to a massively jumbled programme guide. I bought this to replace an LG because I thought the LG response in start up and channel or source change was getting poor. I'm now considering changing back to the LG because of the difficult software. I have the set situated in a "pop up" bed in my main bedroom where the previous LG was able to receive 183 digital channels whereas this one, on the same aerial, can only find 55 channels. Would i buy again? Don't think so. Very disappointed with this model.

This is a great Sony Bravia TV..... Picture perfect sounds fab too as it .. Immediately talked to my Sony surround system Easy Google set up and now I just tell Google to start what ever I want to see.

Really happy, apart from not being able to access itvx live on the app. Unless I have an ariel. The reason for purchasing a smart tv was so I didnt have to use an ariel.
