Aspire Atlantic Single End Lift Ottoman Bed - Light Wood

Great ottoman bed!

We bought this bed for our 3 year old daughter for her first “big girl bed”. She absolutely loves it and the storage space underneath comes in very handy! Was easy to build as well which is always a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Underwhelming quality, poor delivery.

Overall dissaponted with this bed. I would have returned (or asked for replacement pieces) if I hadn't removed it all from the box before noticing the defects. It was also purchased with a mattress, but there was a 3 week difference in delivery. This meant that I did not assemble the bed within the 30 day time frame (In addition to this I had had such issues with the delivery courier, as they delivered over 24 hours later than scheduled without being able to contact them or get any help from argos about where the bed was. They have more 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews for similar issues that I experienced. I didn't want to have to deal with them again to pick up the bed.) When It was eventually assembled, there was some significant dents in the top piece of the headboard, which was very disappointing. This section also had a very rough surface (like it was drilled on the wrong face of the wood as the underside was nice and smooth). As it is the headboard it is noticeable. During assmbley I also had to use tools to leaver some of the threaded rods from the footboard through the holes of the side panel in order to get the wing nuts on. The holes were drilled at an angle so the rods were difficult to get through the holes and were pressed against the wood panel, making it impossible to attach the nuts. Luckily after some head scratching and force I was able to leaver the rods and overcome it. I did however manage to put the bed together on my own easily, (apart from where previously mentioned) as I had seen reviews saying it was difficult to put together solo. Now the bed is together and has been used, it is very squeaky and overall isn't great qualit. But for the price, I suppose you get what you pay for.

Spars too short

Bought this for my son but on making headboard spars are to short and dowels dont fit well would have returned but didn't have time to return and buy another so it will do till after Xmas

Aspire Atlantic Wooden Ottoman Bed Frame – King

I recently purchased this bed frame and I’m really pleased with it. The overall design is stylish and modern, and the build quality feels strong and sturdy once assembled. Putting it together is definitely a two-person job and does take some time, but the instructions are clear, so the process is straightforward. There were a few minor marks on the wood, but nothing major or noticeable once assembled. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to others looking for a solid ottoman bed frame.

Absolute waste of money

I’ve only just bought this, and absolutely regret it. Absolute rubbish. Went ahead to assemble it anyway, and regretted even more. The headboard literally vibrates, its so flimsy
