The Reflex Active Spectra Series 40 features a charcoal aluminium bezel, aqua caseback and charcoal silicone strap. The AMOLED display showcases a collection of exclusive dials with vibrant colour reproduction. The Always-On display lets you see the time at a glance, while the Dual-Time feature tracks home and away time zones to keep you on schedule when travelling.
Make calls and receive messages and notifications right from your wrist. This Reflex Active smartwatch tracks heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, calories and sleep patterns. Built-in GPS connectivity supports accurate activity tracking, and the voice assistant adds hands-free convenience. Personalise your display by choosing from interchangeable dials or uploading your own photo. The silicone strap is interchangeable and adjustable.

Great for just digital watch with step counter.
Overall it's good. Only problem I have seen is it disconnects if your little bit far from the phone like just next room. So whats the point of having the calling option if you are going to have phone nearby. I think having WiFi option in smart watch is necessary to keep phone in the locker and still keep getting messages and call when you are in gym or at work. Heart rate monitoring is also not the best.

It’s ok but……….
It’s ok! Good watch,well made,but it drops bluetooth signal very easily and frequently so you end up constantly checking connections. Heartrate monitor and oxygen sensor are very good with decent accuracy considering its a watch. Reflex help desk is very helpful and quick to respond. Good watch but glad I didn’t pay full price.
