I can only comment on it's looks and delivery. Both were excellent. Unfortunately, the item was bought to be given as a Christmas gift. I cannot comment about ease of use in the STAR rating below If it does everything it is supposed to do then I would say it was value for money. The recipient seemed pleased.

Display & Battery
This is the 2nd Smartwatch from Argos and the 2nd Reflex Active Watch. The first one the keeper broke and I couldn’t sync with the app anymore but I think that was a software issue This model was a replacement via my product cover and that was a good idea to take out. The display is very clear, and battery life has been excellent so far. This is a good budget smartwatch for day-to-day use

iPhone 11 runs iOS 13 by default, so would be compatible.
