Took a while to put together but was pretty straightforward. Looks great, seat is very comfortable supports the back well. Good amount of resistance settings. Keeping an eye on heart rate and calories burnt is really good. Very good value for the money.

This piece of kit has made life difficult me for one simple reason.. I wish to use my standard 9/16" road pedals on the cranks rather than trying to tolerate the ridiculous 1/2" pedals provided.. My feet slip out of these despite tightening the cheap plastic straps. due to the lack of a clip-in facility. Very disappointed.

Exercise bike
This was bought for my husband who has had a stroke. It’s wide seat and arm rests allows him to exercise confidently securely. Also as it is low it enables him to mount and dismount safely as his balance is precarious.

The assembly is straightforward except the computer should be mounted before the front handlebars as they obstruct access to the two lower computer mounting screws. It was bought to allow someone with back problems to exercise and works well without putting pressure on the back. However, it depends on the type of back problem. If in doubt seek professional advice. The workings of the computer could be explained better.

very poor quality equipment. loud work and creaking. the courier changes the delivery date several times. the one pound watch has more functions than this bike's display.

Needs to be assembled. Very quiet. Works well. Only drawback, heels hit the floor when pedalling. Had to raise the pedal end about two inches, but then all was good.
