About this product
The Argos Home Devon Small Double Divan Bed provides a comfortable night's sleep without dominating a smaller bedroom. Designed for smaller rooms, it maintains proper support and a decent sleeping surface. Inside, 264 open coil springs provide medium-firm support from head to toe. Soft fillings add gentle cushioning without feeling too soft. The pinstripe sleeping surface with a grey border complements most bedroom colours. The divan base keeps everything stable and lifts the mattress to a comfortable height for easy access.
The mattress doesn't need turning, only regular rotating to spread wear evenly. The damask cover lies smooth and flat. Chrome feet support the base and lift it off the floor, allowing hoovering underneath without moving furniture. The base arrives in two pieces for easier handling through doorways and stairs. With no built-in storage, the design stays straightforward and the height manageable. Minimal assembly is required; two people are recommended for quicker setup. It supports up to 203 kilogrammes. A matching headboard from the Devon collection is available separately to complete the look.

Divan frame ok mattress not impressed with not suitable for an adult but probably ok for a child unfortunately I had an adult stay for a week.

I suppose the saying is true you get what you pay for…bought and delivered delivery guys were great, when we went to assemble this I noticed underneath one end is covered with material/upholstered to obviously hide the wood but the other half the wood was left bare for all to see! was too much hassle to wait for customer services/return then reorder and wait for a new one so had to pay someone to cover this up as I was worried about the wood splintering/splitting especially as this was for my grandsons room so wanted it to be safe as this is the underside of where I opted/paid extra for the storage so a bit disappointed I would add photos but it doesn’t give me the option to? maybe I should have bought a more expensive one and there would have been more attention to detail when it was being made.

The Argos Home Devon Small Double 2 Drawer Divan Bed - Grey comes in two parts and one part has the two drawers built into it, so the drawers are on either side of the bed and can't be changed to the same side.

The wooden bed frame would need to match these measurements.
