About this product
The Elmdon Memory Kingsize Divan Bed is built to support restful nights and organise your bedroom in one. It combines a memory foam mattress with a practical divan base that includes four storage drawers. The mattress features 325 open coil springs for medium firm support, plus a 20mm layer of memory foam that contours to your body. The divan base provides sturdy support and slides four drawers into the structure, two on each side, for extra storage without taking up floor space. Chrome feet and a neutral natural finish work with a range of bedroom styles.
The mattress has a no-turn design, so you just rotate it regularly to maintain even wear. The quilted knit cover adds a layer of soft cushioning for comfort. The divan base arrives in two pieces for easier delivery and setup, with minimal assembly required. Internal drawers measure 27cm high and provide space for bedding, clothes or seasonal items. Maximum user weight is 203kg. Headboards are available separately to complete the setup. The set is part of the Elmdon collection and comes with a manufacturer's one year guarantee.

Checked maximum user weight before I paid. When it arrived I could tell it wouldn't last. One part of the base is broken only 2 weeks from delivery. Mattress is OK though

Good for the price
Seems good so far. Base looks solid although would have preferred metal attachments, instead of plastic, that I had with my last divan bed. Mattress is a bit noisy with springs making noise sometimes. Don't know if that's normal as not had a spring mattress in many years. Overall, the bed and mattress seem good for the price paid. Looking at double that price and more for a branded version of the same.

I bought 2 of these beds, for my great grandchildren, age 5 and 8 years old ,they are well made, the children love THERE'S, the beds are well made and look strong, also the benefit of the storage is great not so many toys are all over the floor, so pleased with them.thank you argos
