Million parts what I expected followed instructions and when first tried was very unstable measured front and back feet and swooped as back was longer now stable

Great value and qualitt
I bought this three weeks ago and am so pleased with it. It was fairly easy to assemble and it looks sleek and impressive, really good quality build. I have been working up my use time and it has made such a difference to my exercise regime as it's there when I want it and is the perfect exercise machine for my arthritic knees.

“BODY FAT key: Press the key to input your HEIGHT, WEIGHT, GENDER and AGE then to measure
your body fat ratio,
PULSE RECOVERY key: Press the key to activate heart rate recovery function.”

As this is a magnetic flywheel it is electronically resisted by electrical current, you wouldn't be able to manually change it without the head unit.
