Relieved neck, shoulder, chest, back, abdomen pain
Pillow provided excellent support for my neck, shoulders (permanently enlarged lymph nodes), chest (mastectomies) and relieved pressure on abdomen (left) & upper back ((right) where muscle was taken for reconstructive surgeries etc.). It took a few nights to get used to it & feel the benefits. I also combined it with a memory foam mattress topper (firm orthopedic mattress). Would have been great if it would have come with a spare cover.

not for me
This hasn't worked for me. It is very firm and too high for me, plus the dip between the top and the bottom is too short for my head to rest comfortably and because it is so firm my head sort of rolls around. Tried to persevere with it for a few nights but ended up with a bad neck so went back to my old pillow which has a lower profile. I am a side sleeper who due to previous neck injury have been sleeping on various contour pillows for twenty years.

My neck never felt so good
I took a chance at buying this pillow without trying it and my neck never felt so good. I wake up without pain or shoulder aches and it’s light enough to carry if going away

The Silentnight Sleep Therapy Contour Support Pillow has removable covers which are machine washable and have to be line dried, not tumble dried. if the pillow is left in a well ventilated room then the odour should reduce.

“This product has a few different heights, due to the design of the pillow.
The highest being the front of the pillow, which is approx. 11cm. The dipped part is approx. 7cm and the back end of the item is approx. 9cm. ”
