very happy with my purchase

Love it
I brought this for myself at Christmas and it’s been amazing. I’m always on the go and sometimes it’s not the gym. It tracks my sleep and stress levels really well and the longer you have it the better the data is. Battery lasts for about 5days which is great. The only thing is sometimes it doesn’t record strength training and so you will have to enter that manually.

Very good so far
Very good ring solid and gives a lot of data, I’m sun sure yet how helpful it will be, but it is very expensive.

Love My Ring - Scratches Easily Though
I purchased the Oura ring a few weeks ago and love the insights that it produces. I wore the sizing kit for a few days and watched plenty of videos on how to select the correct size since I was in between 2 sizes. I chose the smaller size and so thankful that I did because the Oura ring seems to fit a little larger compared to the plastic sizing kit. The ring itself is very comfortable to wear and I hardly notice it on my finger anymore. The battery life is fantastic. You are recommended to charge it a little each day, for example when you shower. My Oura ring hardly needs a charge and is pretty much always full. I am excited to get more insights into my health the more I wear the ring. The ring was very quick and easy to set up via the app too. I marked the ring 4 stars instead of 5 purely because the ring scratches very easily. You are advised to not wear the ring next to other jewellery, which I have not been doing, but it seems that somehow I have badly scratched my ring already. And the worst scratches appeared in the first few days. I don't think anyone else will notice the scratches, but I can see them.

Love the ring.
Delivery was fast and efficient, the ring is fantastic. It scratches easily would be my only comment.

Loving it
Love it but scratches easily and when you buy from anywhere but Oura you don’t get the free cleaning cloth which is a shame. Still getting to grips with it. Battery life is good

Extremely pleased with my purchase!
Saved £100 in the Argos Black Friday Event, which was extremely welcome. The ring is lightweight, and doesn’t feel uncomfortable to wear on your index finger. The corresponding App is £5.99 per month but, it tells you so much about your health, sleep, readiness; far more than my Fitbit did, and far more accurate re steps. I wore both to compare, and my Versa 3 had recorded over 1200 steps more than the Oura.

Hello there,
In Oura Ring 4 Bluetooth Smart Ring Silver - 7 if your index finger has a 56mm circumference (which corresponds to an internal diameter of roughly 17.8mm), you should order a Size 9 rather than the Size 7 listing you are looking at.
Thanks for using Q&A.
