BEWARE items missing

I purchased a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both had pieces missing & DAMAGED (essentially wrong piece) and damaged on other. They give you two contact points... however one would only deal with C ofD. So needed to contact both. Poor. Chest was a UK based contact. Those parts arrived a few days later. The wardrobe was via a external American language site, seemed OK took all details, so some 5 weeks later no parts. No proof of contact so not hopeful, just be careful deciding what you purchase from Argos folks.

Nice product but too hard to build

Okay wardrobe, but very very hard to assemble. Took about 6 hours over 2 days with about 4 people. Not the Ikea flat pack ease that’s for sure. Really hard to get doors on straight and now left with wonky door gaps. Good amount of size and I like that’s its low down but not worth the hassle of building meaning we’re left with a shoddy looking wardrobe.

Excellent quality

Pleasantly surprised when it arrived - lots of solid wood sections so it is heavy and solid for the most part. It’s definitely a 2 person job to put up. It took 2 of us around 4 hours and you need plenty of space to build it lying down. There were a few holes which weren’t pre drilled which was a bit annoying given its a coloured finish - the holes for the hanging rails and also the ones for the hinges. I can see why some say it’s “flimsy” it did rock a bit - the wall anchors supplied were - in my opinion - pointless - just a couple of fabric straps - doubt it would stop a fully loaded wardrobe falling. We secured it with 2 metal angle brackets fixed to the wall at the top - you can’t see them and now it’s really really solid

Took 2 of us ages to put together. 3 marks and chips on parts. Some screws missing. Holes out of alinement. Even when put together there are some gaps that wont close even when doing screws up as tight as they can. Doesn't feel very sturdy once constructed. Really unhappy with my purcase.

Great wardrobe for bedroom

Used for woman's wardrobe even though it says kids, has plenty of storage space and short enough to store stuff on top as well. The hinges have a tendency to come loose on the doors sometimes but overall pleased with the size and amount of clothes I can fit into it.

Generally, this is good quality and a great first wardrobe for a child (or if an adult just wanted a smaller wardrobe). The draws are set back a bit, and don't sit flush with the rest of the wardrobe when they're fully pushed back. This is a bit of a bug bear.

Great value and quality, love it

Bought this for my son’s room and am super pleased with it. I bought some little football handles from Amazon that finish it off really well. I love that there’s a low rail so he can reach his own school uniform in the mornings and we’ve put clothes that are worn less often on the higher railsZ drawers are solid. It took about 2 hours to build. Went together really well, the doors hung perfectly first time. Great quality and really a bargain. It’s also the perfect height to double up as a shelf for a lamp, book and drink next to his cabin bed. Would buy again - am actually considering getting one for my daughter’s room too.
