Missing casters and U-clips
The bed was delivered as promised, but with only four casters and one U-clip. After a very frustrating call with customer service, a week and a half later I received two more U-clips but sadly no more casters. I'm sure that when I finally receive all 8 casters, this will be a splendid bed. Until then you're only getting one star, and that's because it won't let me give you none.

Bought for Niece in spare room She said it really comfortable, did note it never come with headboard should had read the small print but nevertheless double drawers are handy too

It’s ok . Not a amazing , just ok Had to buy a mattress topper as mattress was uncomfortable without The two parts of the divan are held together with plastic clips and I’m not sure how secure these are It was a reasonable price with headboard , but I’m thinking I should have spent a bit more and got something more substantial
