Constantly looses connection with the app
Absolutely loved the look and size of this watch. But sadly had to return it as couldn’t even hold the time if I went to another room without my phone, even though my phone would be on the home wifi. If this is rectified I would purchase.

Looks lovely but dosnt work as should
looks lovely but dosnt work as it should. Bluetooth is hit and miss if it connecting. The screen saver re sets in less than an hour of selecting. Disappointing wouldn’t waste your money.

This product unfortunately keeps resetting to the default background with the wrong date and time after a few hours of adjusting it to the right ones.

Basic features like step tracking and alarms work without a phone nearby. However, for notifications and syncing activity data, the watch needs to be within Bluetooth range of the phone or tablet with the Tikkers app installed. It’s suitable for school use, but some features won’t update until it’s back near the phone.

"To use the music feature on your watch, you will need to ensure you are successfully connected to the application.
You then may access music on your smartwatch and open a music application on your smartphone.
The music feature on your watch allows you to play, pause and skip videos/music on many applications such as YouTube, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify.
Please note the music application on your smartphone must remain open, you then can control this from your watch.
Select your track & control volume from your watch. You’ll also see artist & track name displayed on your watch screen."

“ The GPS function is for activities such as running, when starting the activity within the app and connected to the watch the app will utilise the built in GPS capabilities of the phone to plot a route and activity data more accurately. It does not allow tracking like an airtag. ”
