Bought a week ago and it’s barely tracked my steps and watsapp doesn’t connect to the watch

Bigger than it looks on the pictures!
It's much bigger than it looks in your adverts! Within less than 2 weeks of wearing it, it started going crazy with the steps. I am disabled, so cannot do the usual 10,000 + that i used to do. On a good day I may do 5- 6,000. In the last few days the watch seems to be trembling the amount of steps I'm doing! I could barely move yesterday, yet it claimed I had done over 16,000 steps! IMPOSSIBLE ! The screen is not bright enough. Cannot read it when outside.
