Good buy
An excellent phone with nice loud ring which I needed and more features than my old phone.

Perfect!
Just changed to full fibre broadband and our old phone wouldn’t work with the new router so needed a phone that was compatible. Pleased to confirm that this particular phone does work perfectly - connects straight to the router for digital calls. The phone was easy to set up and connect and I’m very happy with it - and would happily recommend!

Bought this phone to replace an old one, has everthing i need plus call blocking which is great as i get a lot of bogus calls.

High quality landline phone
I bought this item to replace the last landline phone we had, whichever also been a BT phone. Our previous phone had given very good service. Although I use my smartphone a lot, I still like to have a good landline phone which has a simple, easy-to-use answer-machine built in. Also, there is a good call screening ability though I personally do not use this function. I am pleased with our new phone and would recommend it.

Great design
Does what it says on the tin. Have not had one more nuisance call since installing it. Would have given 5 star but thought it to be a bit too expensive.

Does the job fine
This phone is perfectly okay. I wouldn't rave about it. With my previous phone, if you pressed the call button once, you could then scroll to find recently used numbers, then press it again to call. This one doesn't do that, and it's not the quickest to scroll through the directory, but it works well enough. I've not explored all the options - it look like it has too many bells and whistles (no pun intended), which makes it more complicated than necessary, so I'll just stick with it for the basics! I've given it 4 stars for Features on the basis that it seems to have a lot, but this is not a well informed or scientific way to judge, of course!
