Useful thing for parents

Good thing for the parents of babies and toddlers, and even older ones. The vision and voice is very clear, so even a gentle sound recorded by camera can be heard at the monitor downstairs. For us it's a game changer as we can spend the evening together at the dinner in the kitchen, and constantly monitor our little one. The battery is strong. And our teenager uses the microphone to communicate with us, avoiding heading downstairs. It has many options, and the speaker if you want to tell something to your baby.

Large screen, clear picture baby monitor

I love this monitor! Its screen is huge, clear and easy to move around. The battery lasts a long time which means it doesn’t have to constantly be near a plug. The only downside is that the stand isn’t great but if rested on a smooth flat surface, it’s ok. It’s easy to use and honestly one of my favourite baby monitors I’ve had!

Exceedingly Good

This device exceeds expectations, and a must have for parents who want to keep an eye on their sleeping babies/toddlers/children. The features are superb! The camera which is placed in the child’s room comes equipped with a soothing light. This can be turned on/off remotely from the video monitor. You can adjust brightness, play a variety of calming sounds, talk through the monitor to the camera, as well as hear your child through the camera to the monitor, keep an eye on the temperature, zoom in, and much more! The picture quality is great. Once the monitor is charged, you can take it with you anywhere to keep watch and stay reassured that your child is sleeping soundly. The camera can be rotated left/ right or up/down, so you will easily be able to find the perfect placement for it.

Amazing baby monitor

Been using the Leapfrog portable baby monitor for work I’m a night carer and and it’s great to see if clients are getting up while I’m in another room it’s got a really good size screen 5 inches which is good for me as I wear glasses it’s got really good reception and the range is up to 300m I like the soft colour on the camera it even plays soft soothing sounds great for when the grandchildren come to stay It’s got the room temperature which is really handy and if there’s any noise when the volume is down the monitor has lights on the right of the screen so you know there’s movement There’s a mobile phone app if needed as well It has 17 hours of streaming on the rechargeable battery’s or 29 hours of audio only so great to take away on trips It has 2 way talk as well so you can communicate from another room It has a power saving mode and its own WiFi which is very handy It’s really easy to use and set up plug and go Once it’s charged up the monitor doesn’t need power but the camera part will need to be plug in a socket all in all a very nice unit and very portable

Decent monitor.

Nice video monitor, has a decent video quality and it able to pick up sounds really well. Really like that the camera works as a night light and the temperature on the monitor is also a nice touch. The monitor picked up the camera immediately when plugged in so there was no messing around trying to pair them up. Would definitely recommend.

Fab gadget

Really happy with this monitor so far! The 5" screen is a great size – not too bulky but big enough to see clearly. Picture and sound are both really clear. Baby hasn’t arrived yet, so I’ve been testing it out by keeping an eye on my dog… works a treat! Love the built-in night light too, such a handy little extra.

Lovely baby monitor

I’ve been using this Leap Frog Video Monitor for 2 weeks now. It does everything it says on the box and does it very well indeed. Firstly, the range. It can be used anywhere around the house and garden, and keeps a full signal. Sound pick up and quality is also very good. Being able to use 2 way voice communication is far better than expected, and the soothing sounds are peaceful. Having its own WiFi is a bonus too. No conflicts and ultra portable for those odd nights away or holidays, zero setting up to do, plug and go. That leaves the one small drawback for me, certainly not a biggy, but worth noting. The camera portion has to be plugged into the mains to work. No battery backup. For a standalone device that is independent of other WiFi home devices, I highly recommend it.

Effective, and soothing with great functions

This is a great little baby video monitor. The picture and sound quality is clear. The camera is compact and doesn’t look ugly or out of place in the nursery and it plays cute little sounds and lullabies. It has a great two way intercom so if I’ve forgotten anything downstairs dad can bring it up. We charged it up fully and the battery lasted really well. There a temperature sensor which has been really handy in the recent hot weather.

Brilliant for peace of mind.

Fantastic for peace of mind for any parent. The picture quality and sound are of excellent quality and the range between the two devices is also an added bonus for busy parents. Highly recommended to anyone with a child in their care especially with the additional features which give added reassurance.

Beautiful clear picture

I am a bit of a tech-phobic because I generally find things like this are impossible to set up - However, I was so pleasantly surprised with this camera! All you need to do is literally take it out of the box and plug it in - And it works straight away! The picture and sound quality are really clear And you can position the camera in a multiple of different ways, which means that wherever I wanted to put it, I could see my son clearly! I definitely would recommend this camera to others! I also love that I could carry the monitor around with me, That’s so handy when you’re trying to get things done!
