Was really excited waiting for my first ever smart watch. On opening it I wasn't disappointed with the way it looked. I had been worried about it being too big for my skinny wrist but it fits well and and is a lovely pale pink soft strap. The blue app was easy to set up. I got the watch mainly for calls so I'm not having to fumble around in my bag for my phone. You can answer and make calls it has a little speaker. I don't use it for steps or any of the health apps but they are there if I decide to use them. It has a good selection of displays to choose from.Overall I'm happy with it ive been wearing it 2 weeks now and so far so good . If like me your thinking of getting your first smart watch and dont want to break the I would definitely recommend.

Not fit for purpose
Bought this for my wife primary use as a watch. Only interested in a couple of the "smart" functions which didn't need pairing to a phone. HOWEVER unless you pair the "watch" to your phone you can't set the time. Was returned within 24 hours. Dial almost impossible to read as well. Waste of time and space. It's not smart. It's not a watch. Is a waste of money. Not fit for purpose. I certainly will not be buying another..

Functional but not pretty
The watch is very 'chunky' and sits high above the wrist with a large dial which causes it to catch on clothing. It also looks quite cheap/tacky. Functions work fine and has several display background options to choose from.

Lovely watch! Easy to use and accurate.
This is such a lovely watch. The design is really eye catching and the colour is very nice too. The strap is comfortable and easy to adjust. In terms of the watch itself, the app is very easy to use on your phone and it connects without any issues to the watch. There are various fitness related aspects which all appear very accurate, particularly the step count. Very good battery life so far, and simple to charge. A great everyday watch.

Comfortable smart watch with basic easy features!
This watch comes in a nice little box which includes a USB charging cable (no plug), the watch itself, and instructions. On the inside of the box is a QR code, which enables you to set up the watch quickly and get on the go! They have 24/7 help available on their website too which I thought was a good point. You can also follow the brand reflex active on social media and get lots of information on there too! The strap on the watch is a comfortable rubber like material, so great when out exercising. I found this watch really comfortable to wear and not too heavy on my wrist. It’s very easy to use, maybe a great purchase for someone who is just starting out in the smart watch world! The watch is compatible with Androids and AppleIOS. There is an app you download onto your phone which helps you control a lot of the settings, again, extremely easy to use! The watch comes with some charge already, and then once empty, it took around 3 hours to fully charge again. You have all the normal functions like activity, step counter, heart rate, it has gps connection, you can check messages and your socials, weather updates, stopwatch, even a hydration reminder! and the main function of this watch would be to make a receive calls. It is also IP68 water resistant. I tested this and the watch worked perfectly after. You can personalise the watch faces to one that suits you. I found the find phone function quite helpful, where if your phone is connected to your watch via Bluetooth, the feature will ring and vibrate your phone to help you locate it. Extremely helpful! Overall, a great smart watch with some great features which are easy and straightforward to use!

The Reflex Active Pink Strap Calling Smart Watch (series 52) has an IP rating of IP68 which means the watch to withstand ingress of dust (dust-tight); vacuum must be applied. Withstands incidental exposure to water up to 1.5 metres for 30 minutes.
Suitable for splashes, rain or snow, showering and accidental temporary submersion.
