Cheap looking
Brought for a gift but looked really cheap & arrived in a plastic bag so was unable to gift it.

It's nice but not as nice as price implies
I was given a £40 multi store gift card and Argos was a store which accepted it. So I chose this necklace (then elsewhere purchased earrings, ring and bracelet to match to make a full set). When I opened the gift box the necklace came it and took it out of the little sealed plastic bag within the box, I was a little disappointed with the quality in proportion to the price. I have to say considering how much cheaper very similar silver necklaces cost elsewhere (about half the deal price of £29.99 that this cost), this does not look worth that price, let alone the regular price of £39.99. I kept it though because I had already ordered the matching accessories and I didn't want the faff of having to get a credit back onto the gift card and finding another store who accepted it and something I wanted. It's not terrible and I'll happily wear casually it but I don't think it worth £29.99 let alone the normal price of £39.99! I have to say when worn with all the accessories, the necklace is the least impressive part of the set. The hammered heart pattern is a little uneven on mine and it maybe it's that that makes it look cheaper. The chain is a good length with a small extension which I use at full length to have it sitting just below my collar bone and it has a small lobster clasp. It's very shiny too. If you are intending to give this as a gift, go instore and have a look at it first and ensure you're happy with it for the price paid. Had I not already ordered the accessories and/or had paid by credit card instead, I'd have asked for a refund of my £29.99 and looked for something which looks much more worthy of that price and on a par with the accessories. I've also factored in that I added my own £10 to purchase another necklace from the same range in the same order. It was a cz silver wishbone pendant and chain for £19.99 which is SO much nicer than this one quality wise and rated a 5* review from me and other buyers. Looking at the both together I think the prices of each should be the other way around!

Mine came in a hinged cardboard gift box inside a cardboard sleeve. Was a nice box so definitely good for gifting. Inside the gift box, the necklace was then inside a little sealed plastic bag.
