Just a great android phone that works well
Had for a couple of months now and very happy, everything I use works very well with no issues, camera easy to use with handy features that are easy to find for the general user, great for organising and listening to music collection.

You get what you pay for!
The Xperia 10IV was replacement from my previous Xperia V as the screen went. I didn't want to pay the extortionate amount for a contract with a silly tariff, so went for the Experia 10 out right. Phone is light, easy to use and navigate, good battery and sound quality is good. Transferring apps from old phone was easier. Shame a charger doesn't come as standard. Screen is clear, camera quality is good and the pictures seem similar to friends with iPhones, thought sure that wasn't Sony's intention. Has some annoying features, including when you close an app, the app button wobbles and the screen wont light up when touched, you have to keep using the side button/finger print sensor. The phone, like all phones, is full of pointless extras/sounds. Having to turn of sounds/vibrations before setting up. It is easy to use, hit then I've been using the Experia V for 5 years. But it wouldn't be much of a jump for anyone using an android OS. Phone feels more basic, but then it is!! Also like the case I got with it, which has a useful stand, though I don't feel as confident it will protect the phone, unlike the case I purchased the V.

Nice sized phone not too wide for a woman to use one handedly, prefer my previous phone which was a XZ 2 compact for design. The 10 VI performs well but my only grumble is unlike my previous phone there is no constant flashing light to indicate and missed call or text, if your next to the phone you know you have a missed call as the light flashes phone vibrates but if you're away from the phone you don't see that so you have to pick the phone up to see if there's been a call or text, there's no flashing light that you can see at a glance.

Sony continues to deliver the Compact phone!
There aren't that many compact phones on the market anymore and Sony is a pleasant exception. Xperia 10 models can still fit and be used by one hand only (something I look for when it comes to a phone). My previous model was Xperia 10 III, which I've had for four years and was externely happy with it. My only issue with that phone was a slow camera (or rather camera software), I am happy to confirm that the issue is now fixed in Xperia 10 VI. Camera is quick and responsive enough. What really shocked me in a pleasant way is the battery life. It can last up to three days, something that is unheard of these days.

Great Phone for the Price
Definitely recommended - the phone has a good set of features, snappy OS and decent cameras for the price. It’s a little taller and thinner than phones I’ve had previously which makes texting one handed easier, though the keyboard is a little smaller. The speakers are a little tinny but serviceable. Easy to set up and sync your data if you’ve a Google account.

I am a Sony Xperia owner, last three purchased in fact. Previous response from Sony states there is no cable or charging plug - AS PER EU COMPLIANCE -
SONY - PLEASE NOTE - THE UK IS NOT IN THE EU. THIS IS SIMPLY A MONEY MAKING PLOY.
MAY THINK TWICE IN FUTURE.

I understand you are trying to reduce packaging and waste, but for a device that needs charging to work you should be supplying a charger cable at least. The consumer spends x amount on your devices then has to spend extra just so they can use the device. Seems more like a money making scheme to me.

We're actually working on reducing the paper usage by excluding the charger and cable from the box as Sony is complying with new EU regulations along with our Road to Zero approach to cut down on paper waste.
