There seems to be a faulty batch, I bought 2 sets both bracelets are 14cm not 18.3 as stated by manufacturer, have informed argos, all they have done is said they will pass it on as feedback, no refund , no assurance that that batch will be checked, so if I were you I would not purchase this product,as they know there is a fault but are still selling them .

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know they say - the only links that have an arrow on them are the ones that can be removed.
If you get a small pin or nail very gently hammer the link pin out in the direction that the arrow is pointing in, then remove the links you need to remove.
To re-join the remaining links gently hammer the connecting link pin back into the links in the opposite direction to the arrow.

After speaking with our supplier, they have advised: 'The watch can have links taken out or added if need be.
The links with the arrows on the back are removable links just tap the pin out in the same direction as the arrow is pointing and remove the link joint the links back together with the pin but knock the pin in the opposite direction.
Or you can take that to any local jewellers or ourselves and we can do that for the customer.
The bracelets cannot be made smaller or bigger unfortunately.'
