About this product
The Argos Home Maine Narrow Bookcase gives you tall vertical storage without taking up valuable floor space in smaller rooms. It's a slim single-unit layout designed to organise books, display items, or decorative accessories in rooms where wider furniture won't fit. The wood effect finish with PVC coating handles everyday wear and minor knocks. There's one fixed shelf for structural support and four adjustable shelves you can reposition to suit tall books, boxed sets, or smaller decorative objects. The neutral black finish works well alongside existing furniture.
The narrow profile fits into alcoves, hallway corners, or tight gaps beside desks where standard bookcases won't. Deep shelves provide more capacity than the slim width suggests, so you get practical storage without crowding the room. Wall-mounting fixings included for stability and safety in homes with children or pets. Arrives flat-packed with clear instructions for straightforward assembly. Part of the Maine collection, so you can match it with other pieces if you need coordinated storage across different rooms.

still happy the same purchase 2nd time.
This was the 2nd bookcase of this size that I bought. Mainly for the width and the way the shelves can be adjusted. So I knew what I bought and, although a year later, the quality was the same.

Very useful bookshelf, and a great price.
Really pleased with this bookshelf. Very easy to put together and just what I wanted for the space. Can't go wrong for the price. We may get another one and fix them together.

Great item.
My husband & I had this assembled in under 2 hours and placed in a corner in the bedroom. I was able to store so much stuff on the shelves (not only books) which had bern littering the room. I am delighted.

Well worth the money
An excellent piece of furniture which was purchased for our bedroom. The width fits perfectly into the space by the dressing table and is very sturdy with no movement. The oak colour, whilst not being a perfect match, is very acceptable with an easy to clean surface. Construction and assembly was very easy and took around 30 minutes. The shelves are easily adjusted should the need arise. An excellent buy, which we were able to obtain the same day as ordering.
