Much improved sleep
Took a short while to get used to the new mattress, however pleased we made the change.

Comfy but not kingsize
The mattress itself is very comfortable, however it's about 5-6cm too narrow for the (exact kingsized measurement) bedbase. So it looks a bit unsightly and I'm constantly banging my shins because of this. I followed the inflation instructions completely and let it settle for a few days but sadly, it just never inflated to the correct width (length is fine). Thinking of returning since I'm in the period to do so still, so would appreciate it if somebody could contact please.

Mattress is too hot even on cold nights
It’s ok - and I’m putting up with it. Definitely lumpy and bumpy in the centre. Concerned as to how it will respond to hot summer nights. I am a cold person previously used a heated blanket but no need for that . Disappointed, Susan

A bit too soft and too small for the bedframened
I went for another Emma mattress because I bought their basic option over 5 yrs ago amd it was extremely comfy. Form enough. The new mattress is way softer and I cannot really feel the heat control properties. In a fairness, I have a topper from Emma and stay be that thos is what is blocking this feature. I am not sure. I am not entirely happy. However, Emma doesn't have fully foam based mattresses anymore.

Better than what I had
Better but not fantastic. It’s slightly smaller in width and length than my previous Emma mattress. Not very cooling. I can tell the springs will sag quickly.

First Emma mattress and it didn't disappoint
Fab mattress! Even though we have 3 kids including a newborn baby, we do get rested, and I believe it's the mattress! It's very supportive but not hard, and doesn't lose shape at all. In fact, my husband finds it soft/plush whereas for me it's on a former side, so clearly it somehow works for both of us even though we find it very differently.
