Too soft nd makes sleep not good.
The mattress is too soft nd bumpy, however I tried to give it 2months as I am working in other city nd get back to home few times in week. But I am sure that’s not my thing to get comfortable sleep. I gonna return it.

Ok but wish I had brought a different brand
The mattress itself is super comfy and very durable. But it has no support at the edges so you roll off so easily. This is why I wouldn't buy this mattress again. It also itnt quite long enough for my bed frame. Fine but overall not a good purchase for me

Service very good. Accurate updates on arrival time and dealing with replacement . Not as good quality as expected, especially poor coverage of springs. Poor support at edges. Eventually inflated evenly but less depth than indicated

I suffer from lower back pain and it seems that sleeping in this mattress it aggravates it as I wake up with backache everyday 🙁

Comfortable but does not feel high quality
After several weeks I recognise that I sleep reasonably well but I can’t help think that the mattress feels far lower quality than my other Emma mattress purchased 4-5years ago. There is a lot of sag when sitting on the edge and when touching the side of the mattress you can feel the springs - neither of these are true of the older version.
