Very comfortable - good investment
Mattress was quite expensive but after 2 months’ use it definitely seems worth the investment. It’s medium-soft, very heavy and great for 2 people as you don’t feel movement on the other side of the mattress.

This mattress is really soft and I can't sit on it at all without having a lower back ache. I would want to return it. Please how do I go about with the returns?

Big difference!
I brought a medium mattress, It was a bit to soft, sunked me in to much I ended rolling into my partner. I was going to return it, before that Emma made a complimentary offer to me to see if that solves the issue. A firm topper. And it has solved my problem. Amazing difference! Now happy and satisfied. :)

Hi the mattress itself is very comfortable. I bought Kingsize as this is the size of base but there is at least 3 inch gap at each side and also bottom. I will need to measure and make sure I have the correct size. Cannot fault the mattress though very comfortable.
