About this product
Block out the light and sleep soundly with this blackout roller blind that gives you complete darkness whenever you need it. The plain blue fabric looks fresh and modern while doing the hard work of stopping unwanted light from streetlamps, passing cars and early morning sun, so you can enjoy a proper lie-in or rest easy during the day. It measures 60cm wide and comes with fixtures, fittings and instructions to get you set up quickly and easily.
The chain mechanism fits either side to suit your window layout, and the blind trims easily for a perfect fit. It includes a child safety P clip and meets 2014 blind safety standards BS EN 13120 for peace of mind. You can fit it inside or outside the window recess or mount it directly to the wall. It's simple to clean with a quick wipe. The manufacturer's one-year guarantee covers you from day one. Please note To ensure child safety and comply with health and safety requirements, always fit P clips or cleats when installing these blinds to keep cords and chains secure and out of reach.

A little light arround the sides as you would expect but i created a little hinged flap on my 3D printer that covered 90% of the light leak so all good

Lovely blind
This textured roller blind is very nice. It keeps the sun out and and keeps the room dark. It was easy to trim and install and the mechanism works well. It comes in various colours to match most rooms and decor.

Great Blackout Blind
I bought this blackout blind a few weeks ago now. It was really easy to fit using the enclosed screws and fittings - it took les than 30 minutes to fit. The blind fits the window perfectly. The opacity is great - it keeps the room dark with these lighter mornings and evenings. The creases fell out very quickly. It is very easy top open and close. Best of all was the price - great value for money!

Simple blind does the job
Simple and effective blind was easy to install and I love the little mechanism that can let you unclip the whole blind from the brackets for i.e cleaning or painting readjustment ect

As a budget blind, this is a good buy
As the budget option for covering a very large sash window in the bathroom, this was good value for money. We had to trim the blind to fit the space and, unfortunately, the window wasn't exactly the same size at the top as it was at the bottom! It is quite tricky getting an even cut, but the installation instructions were fairly clear and it all works, so we're happy!

Fragile plastic mechanism
After cutting and trimming to size, part of the plastic mechanism broke prior to fitting. Bought another blind to replace the small part and disposed of new blind!
