The supplier has advised of the following for the Cream Faux Leather Jewellery Box with Lock.
As it would depend on the type, size, and strap length of the Rolex, so we cannot give a specific and exact answer. It is likely to be able to fit a watch of some kind, subject to the points made below.
There's no watch pillow in this jewel box so you'd need to consider this as well when it comes to how the watch would lie inside. If it lay totally flat, we could not guarantee that it could accommodate the full length of the watch and strap. It's external length end to end is only about 19cm, less internally.
However, we can confirm that the depth of the little upper tray is a little less than 2cm. The space under this tray is 1.6cm (measured up to the "ledge" that the upper tray sits on). If you didn't put the upper tray in, you'd have a good 3cm or so of space here.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know they say as the lid is made of PVC leather they don't feel it is suitable to be inscribed

No I don't think so. You could buy stick on gold or silver letters though.
