The crate is big
As it was big the Argos member of staff carried it to the car for me, which is very good customer service. The dog will never grow out of this crate, plenty of room for the dogs bed plus space for the water bowl and food bowl and plenty of head room. very pleased.

Yes. This Double Door XXL Pet Cage is large enough for a fully grown Alsation. Whilst still a pup in training it would be better to have a smaller cage so that the pup feels more secure.

Hi Katie,
The Cage should be ok at 17 weeks, you may want to consider an external cover to dissuade kitten climbing, and include toys and activities to draw attention while in the cage.
