ok less than 12 months old bought December 24 stop start auto update , rang help desk , did the fix over phone on line my cost !, didnt work , next instructed over phone my cost !, didnt work , tv would not turn on ,phones again , my cost sent link to show tv not responding ! , asked send video did got response of receipt , never heard a thing contacted for follow up , by e mail , someone has tried to contact whats you preferred tel number , it had been given every time i rang , supposedly recorded ,, so scrapped it , what a joke if i could leave a 0 review i would the service joke service a sham and 12 month warranty not worth paper written on for poor product ,

Actual TV is okay for picture and sound etc, however, these TV's are not made very well at all. The satellite port on mine was so flimsy it broke off after just a year. Issue not covered by my 5 year warranty. (waste of time having that!). Would not purchase another Samsung TV.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Samsung 43 Inch QE43Q60DAUXXU Smart 4K UHD HDR QLED TV: I can confirm that the Samsung QE43Q60DAUXXU supports starting on the last-used TV channel (via aerial) rather than defaulting to the Smart Hub home screen when powered on.
To enable this feature, follow these steps:
How to Enable Last-Used Channel on Startup
Open All Settings
Press the Home button on the remote, then go to Settings → All Settings.
Disable Smart Hub Start
Navigate to General & Privacy → Start Screen Option
(Note: This option may also appear under General → Smart Features)
Turn off “Start with Smart Hub Home” to prevent the TV from launching Smart Hub by default.
Enable Last App/Input Recall
Go to General → Smart Features
Enable “Auto Run Last App” to ensure the TV powers on to the last input or source used (e.g., terrestrial TV via aerial).
Once these settings are applied, the TV will automatically return to the last channel or input you were watching, bypassing the Smart Hub entirely.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Samsung 43 Inch QE43Q60DAUXXU Smart 4K UHD HDR QLED TV.
This model does not come with a built in Freesat receiver however, it does have SAMSUNG TV PLUS which is essentially Freeview for Samsung TV's

This can access freeview channels but freeveiw as a brand isn't on it, including freely. This uses its own version of a freeview EPG. No Freeview Play either.

Recommended length: Between 40 mm and 50 mm, depending on the thickness of your wall mount bracket and whether spacers are used 1.
VESA pattern: 200 mm x 200 mm 2
If you're using a universal wall mount, it often comes with a variety of bolt sizes, including M8s, so you may already have what you need. Just ensure the bolts are not too long to avoid damaging the TV.'
