ok less than 12 months old bought December 24 stop start auto update , rang help desk , did the fix over phone on line my cost !, didnt work , next instructed over phone my cost !, didnt work , tv would not turn on ,phones again , my cost sent link to show tv not responding ! , asked send video did got response of receipt , never heard a thing contacted for follow up , by e mail , someone has tried to contact whats you preferred tel number , it had been given every time i rang , supposedly recorded ,, so scrapped it , what a joke if i could leave a 0 review i would the service joke service a sham and 12 month warranty not worth paper written on for poor product ,

Actual TV is okay for picture and sound etc, however, these TV's are not made very well at all. The satellite port on mine was so flimsy it broke off after just a year. Issue not covered by my 5 year warranty. (waste of time having that!). Would not purchase another Samsung TV.
