About this product
The Roberts Play 10 makes your favourite radio stations genuinely portable whether you're in the kitchen, bedroom or garden. This compact DAB, DAB and FM radio tunes itself automatically when you first switch it on, finding all available stations without you having to fiddle with dials. Store up to 6 presets so you can jump straight to Radio 4, your local station, or whatever you listen to most with a quick button press. The LCD display keeps you informed with RDS scrolling text that shows what's playing, and the clock updates itself automatically so it's always spot on.
The headphone socket means you can listen privately when you don't want to disturb anyone, and there's a USB port for external connections when you need them. At 0.7 watts RMS it's designed for personal listening rather than filling a large room, but the sound is clear and perfectly adequate for a bedside table or kitchen worktop. It runs on mains power or 4 x AA batteries (not included), so you can move it around the house or take it outside without losing your show. It's compact enough to tuck on a shelf or slip into a bag, and it comes with a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Not bad
I bought the Roberts Play 10 DAB for one of our offices and it's not bad, but I can't really give it anything more to be honest. I have previously bought the Bush DAB/DAB+ FM Rechargeable Bluetooth Portable Radio-Black from Argos and it's much better than the Roberts Play 10...... better display, better reception, found more channels and was cheaper !!... so I'd go for that one.
