Don’t buy this or anything HP unless you want to pay 60 pounds everyone you need ink ! Will only accept genuine HP ink at 60 pounds v non brand at 20 pounds Buy cannon or Epsom instead !

I bought this printer a couple of weeks ago, to replace my old hp priinter. I have found that this new printer is exceptional, it is extremely fast and efficient.

HP PRINTER
When my HP printer of only 6 years stopped printing Black I took it to my computer guys. It needed a new printhead but unfortunately it was going to cost more to replace this than buy a new similar HP printer from Argos and the delivery was going to take 2 weeks. New HP printer purchased and installed wirelessly by myself, a 76 year old female. Eventually but took longer than anticipated. Yes I am pleased with it, just sad that in this day and age yet another bundle of plastic is designated to the tip.

There’s nothing wrong with this printer!
But there is something wrong with the way it’s marketed. I didn’t realise that HP expect you to take out a subscription to use the item that you’d just bought. That is the case with the ‘3 months ‘Instant Ink’’ so called trial. That 3 months is reduced to 2 months if you don’t subscribe to their most expensive option, HP+. And the 2 months trial doesn’t happen if you choose not to subscribe at all. If I had known this earlier, I certainly would not have bought it. Be warned…..the ink cartridges are about £60 too. Look elsewhere!

Great printer, looks smart as it says in the tin
Really nice design, easy to use to added features which are so helpful when running low on ink. You can set up a reminder to auto order your ink. I needed something easy and can use from my phone. I am not the best with technology, so this was a blessing, as easy to use and navigate.

Immediate Printing Rescue
My printer stopped working and repair meant packing it up and sending it off. Argos, less than 4 miles away, had a better product immediately available at such a competitive price, probably less than the repair/postage costs cost, it was the better option. Ordering was easy and collection even easier.
