American Fridge Freezer
Our new American fridge freezer has taken the place of our old American fridge freezer which we had for 25 years and so far is doing a good job, it takes a little bit of getting use to, it's taller, the opening glass door is handy for getting to much used essentials like drinks and butter without having to open the full door.

Disappointed
LG are not transparent in their literature that this model does not dispense chilled water ie ambient temperature. I suspect this is a design issue as my previous older and plumbed model did. Also the external filter is not supplied with a clip holder. Again the previous model had an internal located filter for easy access.

Efficient fridge/freezer
Pro's: Quiet and efficient, excellent water and ice dispenser; door-in-door really useful and helps reduce loss of cold air; best internal lay-out we found with large door shelves, but an extra big drawer would be useful; vegetable drawer keeps veg fresh for weeks. Con's: Heavy doors that tend to slam because our floor slopes backwards (it would be useful if back feet were adjustable); internal filter would be easier to change than external; temperature display doesn't show actual current temperature.

Too many issues
This has stopped working twice since I got it 6 months ago and food spoiled and everything defrosted in the freezer overnight. For a smart freezer it doesn’t even alert you when there’s an error.

Great fridge freezer
Beautiful and reliable fridge. We are very happy with the design and functionality. the water comes out nice and mildly chilled. Maybe a bit too premature to give a full review now because we only had it for 1 week. However, so far it is great and full of space. Just make sure your measurements are right especially if you don’t have a massive kitchen space.

We can confirm this fridge freezer does come with an ice dispenser however it is not a Craft ice dispenser.
