Great spare bed / child
I am not sure these frames would hold up to a 16 stone male but for a spare room or for children they are perfect. Nice colour and headboard. Very pleased I bought Silent night single mattress fits perfectly.

Very Disappointed
Bought 2 of these for a spare bedroom. 1 is still in it's box because I'm not sure the effort of putting it together is worth it. Can't believe the miniature scale of the component pieces of this bed. 43mm square legs are about half the dimensions of any previous bed. I read a previous review before I bought these - from someone who had bought 1 for her son, asking if it was possible for adults to use the bed. Habitat replied to say it was suitable for both children & adults. Based on that, I went ahead and purchased. Well, I've tried out the 1 that's built and as a 70kg adult I'm no heavyweight and yet there are creaks and groans unless I lay completely still - and yes, it was built as per instructions - I build furniture and the occasional house. I am going to have to fit a 'spine' down the central length under the slats and incorporate legs from this to the floor for additional support to feel confident it will support whoever uses it. Very disappointed.

Bed fell apart after one night
Brought this Habitat bed, but it was made with very flimsy materials and had to be sent back after one night as a few of the slats broke and the frame splinter too easily. Wouldn't buy it again.

Looks nice and was easy to assemble
This looks nice and is quite sturdy. The slats are screwed down rather than held in with plastic joints (as in a different bed I assembled). I found it easy enough to put together by myself, the only thing I really needed a bit of a hand with were the end screws where I used an electric screwdriver. Just make sure that you have the wooden pieces the correct way round before you put them together!

Good design and solid bed frame
Great solid bed for my son (14years old) He loves it. It was easy to assemble too. Just a feedback - the box said "Children's bed" and the colour is "Blue". I was confused by the description when I received the item.
