Excellent picture quality, good sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent picture quality straight out the box, lots of adjustable settings. Very easy to set the TV up, excellent option to use Freesat rather than just freeview like a lot of other makes. From a modern TV, sound quality is good, I would say for most of the time, it’s perfectly acceptable and you don’t notice it’s lacking. Add a quality soundbar and this transforms the TV for films.

Not recommended. The TV after a month and a half is giving off red pixels. The warranty will not be recognized because it is not a big deal. Avoid.

Fantastic picture. Difficult to beat currently without spending a small fortune. Remote is not very intuitive but i am nitpicking.

Impressive TV, though it took over a week to hone/tweek it to get the superb picture that it is capable of producing. Slightly confusing settings menus. Perhaps a basic quick start/out of the box might help, the sort that Apple iPhones seem to have.

I just love LG TVs
Over the last few years I have bought Sony, Panasonic, Samsung and LG TVs. I would not now buy anything other than an LG TV. Picture quality and user interface are both excellent. This 42 inch OLED TV has great AI features, especially when it comes to setting the picture look you’re after. WiFi connectivity is excellent. Overall very pleased with this TV. Highly recommended

Purchased this 2 weeks ago and installation was quick. Had to change a few of the default settings but now have a perfect image. Apps load in fairly fast but connected to my existing sound bar for better audio.

“ The remote does not have a subtitles button but the customer will just need to hold down the 'Mute' button and this takes them to the Guidance settings then they just scroll down to 'Subtitles' and switch it to 'On'. ”
