The Kensington 5 Drawer Chest helps organise your bedroom storage with a practical mix of drawer sizes that suit different items. It's got three wide drawers for larger linens and folded clothes, plus two smaller drawers for accessories and personal bits. The easy-glide metal runners let each drawer open and close smoothly without sticking or scraping. The oak effect top provides a stable surface for lamps, books or photo frames. The decorative plinth and contrasting metal handles give it a traditional look that works well in country-style or classic bedrooms.
Metal runners support each drawer for smooth, reliable opening and closing through everyday use. Wall-mounting fixings are required for stability, particularly in homes with children, as the unit stands over 60cm high. The wood effect finish resists everyday marks and wipes clean easily. Self-assembly required with one person recommended for setup. Made in the UK and part of the wider Kensington collection for coordinated bedroom furniture. Flustrating
I bought this a few weeks ago , unfortunately when I began to construct it I found the instructions pictures were quite small and hard to use and I was missing the screws for the draw runners which I then had to purchase from B&Q.

Bough that around 3 weeks ago, it was a bit time consuming to assemble but the instruction were pretty accurate. One of the handles from one of the drawers was broken but Argos customer services immediately sent a replacement.

The whole collection looks really impressive
I’ve bought several wardrobes and drawers from this range and love them! I bought the oak/ivory colour and they look expensive. Putting together isn’t so bad. The drawers had some damage but Argos quickly resolved this for me. If you are careful with them they should last some time. They look expensive. The wardrobes in the set need a really flat surface or else the doors just won’t align. The drawers are fine. I would recommend, specially buying when they are discounted!

"The Ivory for this range is like a creamy white. The nearest RAL reference is 9010. It is not a perfect match but is very close."

The top panel can hold a maximum of 12KG. This must be evenly distributed.
The overall load the unit can hold (including top and drawers) is 20KG. Again, this must be evenly distributed.
