Good if you are used to an electric oven

Unfortunately the instructions are not good for a novice and I find a lot of the time I burn the food. Gas is so simple compared to electric and I am sure Hisense is a very good make but I needed an instruction manual that was easy to follow and which made sense to me.

Lots of features
The oven is good but the manual is terrible. It is impossible to understand it. I am still not sure how to use. There are far to many settings and some are pointless. Although the oven is okay I would have preferred one less complicated.

Setting clock a nightmare
The instructions for setting the clock is a nightmare, and for setting timed cooking, just forget it. Can't find any help with this.

Changed from gas oven to electric oven with this Hisense electric oven. Very modern, controls are easy to use manual is easy to understand and there is a very clever automatic end timing program which means you can set the timer to finish cooking in whatever program you wish, at any end time after setting the cook time. This means you can go out set the timers and the oven will automatically start up and end after cooking so you could come home to a roast chicken already cooked after work!! Really clever stuff and so pleased I bought it. Digital clock is pretty too. Very happy there’s loads of space too so can adjust heights easy. Very good price too considering the size. Plus has self cleaning feature usually that costs a lot .

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hisense BI62212AXUK Built In Single Electric Oven - S/Steel: ''Basic equipment of BI62212AXUK includes a shallow baking tray and a wire rack. The wire rack can be placed directly onto the baking tray or onto the same wire guide. We suggest to always use the wire rack and baking tray together because the baking tray acts as a drip tray in this case.''
